Refund policy
We want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
You can choose between:
- A refund to your original payment method
- An exchange for a different size or item
- A store credit to use at your convenience
PLEASE NOTE:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or items that have been worn or washed for hygiene reasons
FAULTY ITEMS:
We carefully check all garments before they’re sent out, but if you receive something that’s faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit for any item that is deemed faulty.
To start a return or report a faulty item, please email us here with your order number and a brief description, and we’ll take care of the rest.
